This was our first brand new home purchase and it was a fantastic experience. Our builder, Andrew was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had during the entire process. Navy penny tile is a striking backdrop in this handsome guest bathroom.

Taking cues from Old World design, the 2019 Smart Home featured swanky décor and intriguing patterns combined with the latest in home-technology. Located in Dallas, Texas, the Smart Home offers the perfect cross between rustic style and modern design. Using an orange tone on the walls brings out the warm colors of the Scrabble board and adds a positive feel to this room. A neutral-colored couch feels bright and fresh against the orange walls and brightly patterned pillows and curtains. The mix of warm tones and floral patterns gives a soft, feminine feel to the seating area. A mix of midcentury-modern details brings a playful, grown-up vibe to this kid’s bedroom.
The 2019 Smart Home showcases just how beautiful 7-inch hardwood planks are. 2019, the HGTV® Smart Home is situated on a picturesque ranch at Denton County’s highest elevation point, Fairway Ranch, which is home to one of the largest master-planned communities in the area. Peaceful waterways, parks, greenbelts and miles of quiet-walking trails surround this community and are just waiting to be explored. This spacious garage includes a workbench area and golf simulator, providing plenty of space outside the main house to work or play.

Our sales counselor was truly amazing - she listened to exactly what was important to us and helped think outside the box to achieve our dream. He brought some excellent suggestions to the table and worked through some minor obstacles that presented themselves along the build process.
Now that we have been in our home for a few months, we've had a couple minor things here and there, and the warranty process is just as great. My husband and I could not be happier and are so fortunate to have Highland build our dream. I would highly recommend Highland to anyone looking for a new construction home. The thoughtful little extras they do in their construction really make a great product.
The theme of the kitchen in the 2019 Smart Home was attractive and functional. The soft color of the flooring allows for some colorful fun with décor details. The kitchen features a stunning breakfast table setup with a mismatch of unexpected seating options.
